calling all media hotshots

or wannabes

i'm leaving my workplace to taste the sweet fruit of mugging and late-night projects coupled with mugs of late night coffee. believe me, once you touch the workforce of the media industry, you wish you were doing 3 years of mass comm again. at least there can laugh at brali.

so now, i'm looking for a replacement for my job.

yah jobs!

here's the overview:

looking for:
PR and Marketing Executive (no direct handling of accounts)
note: this is a temp/probation with prospect of full time.

duties:
- main liaison for one account (more customer service type)
- writing of media collaterals
- event support/onsite
- calling/rvsping the media for event
- calling people in general
- incharge of Marketing and PR of events
- pitching to media/for sponsorships

you need to be:
- damn hardcore resilient
- dynamic and a bit drama
- a person who has good if not great english writing/speaking skills
- a graduate with a marketing/mass comm/media related diploma/degree
- organised
- willing to sacrifice sleep and other amenities like food.
- fresh grad welcome but experience preferred.

the big P:
the pay is purely negotiable. when i did part-time, it was about between one thousand - thousand two. so use that to gauge and bargain for your earnings lar.

backgrounder:
Three-sixty Comm has been around for about 5 years and was the brainchild of my favourite cousin, glenn. He's now the MD. The company deals with more events management, things like media launches, press conferences, family days and d&dss. they do everything from design to set-up to conceptualizing ideas.

69, the partner company, specializes in direct marketing and advertising. so basically, 69 handles the PR and marketing of any event that three-sixty does.
(as the PR and Marketing person, you'll be under 69 more than the latter.)

alrighty, this is it, drop me a tag if you are interested or you can email me at

yay, i'm unemployed.
